Excellent for hydration and recovery

i purchased a box of hibiscus lime, a box of ginger limeaid, and a glass bottle.

the electrolytes are simple yet high quality ingredients without junk fillers. they are good tasting too - especially the hibiscus lime flavor! we will certainly purchase more and try other flavors. i bought this line of electrolytes because i don’t want any added cane or refined sugars in my electrolyte drink as i do intermittent fasting and need to stay hydrated.

the bottle is a classy frosted glass and just the right size to hold.

I ordered the sampler pack so I could find out which flavor I liked the best. So far all very tasty and just the right amount of salt, sea salt, which I prefer.. I highly recommend.

I live and work in west centra Florida. The majority of my work is outside - and when the temps are in the 90's with very high humidity, drinking water is not enough. It is my go to replenishment. Prerace or training, during and post. You are doing yourself a disservice not being properly hydrating, this is a nice clean electrolyte.

I try not to get caught up on one flavor if I had a favorite it would be the passion cherry with the cranberry being next.
