I was standing in the supplement aisle reading label after label. Everything claimed to be "clean." Nothing was. Artificial flavors, mystery sweeteners, dyes that had no business being in a hydration product.
So I went home and made my own. Freeze-dried real fruit. French gray sea salt. Nothing else. I made it for myself first — then my family. Then I couldn't stop giving it to everyone I knew.
